A) 857 Hoes Ln W Piscataway NJ 08854 - The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing replacement activities on the structure, approximately 30 feet from the lower level, were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees for fall hazards.  Hazards observed on or about July 1, 2025.
