29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Instance A: On or about September 23, 2025, on the lunch table east side, employees had lunch in a place that contained lead on the surface where the employees ate their lunch and snacks. Levels found in the area were as high as 35.7 micrograms. Instance B: On or about September 23, 2025, on the lunch table west side, employees had lunch in a place where areas contained lead on the surface where the employees ate their lunch and snacks. Levels found in the area were as high as 50.2 micrograms. Instance C: On or about September 23, 2025, near sink in break area, employees had lunch in a place where areas contained lead on the surface where the employees ate their lunch and snacks. Levels found in the area were as high as 27.4 micrograms. Instance D: On or about September 23, 2025, in front of the toaster , employees had lunch in a place where areas contained lead on the surface where the employees ate their lunch and snacks. Levels found in the area were as high as 47.7 micrograms. Instance E: On or about September 23, 2025, part workstation in the break area, employees had lunch in a place where areas contained lead on the surface where the employees ate their lunch and snacks.
