29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator (Construction Reference 1926.1153)(e): a) On and before 9/24/2025, at jobsite 1427 Albany Ave, NY 12184, for the employees wearing a 3M half-face respirator w/OV and p100 cartridges while spray-painting a water tower w/TNEMEC-ZINC F093-0H20 containing chemicals such as, but not limited to, zinc. The employees were not fit tested, either qualitatively or quantitatively, prior to being required to use this respirator by the employer.
