PG&C Department - On or about August 4, 2025, an employee operating a Toyota electric pallet jack was involved in an accident when the pallet jack struck an employee, resulting in an ankle injury. The employer did not ensure that each employee who operates the Toyota electric pallet jack completed the required training and evaluation.
