29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about September 18, 2025, at 2752 Simpson Circle, Norcross, GA 30071, employees were exposed to crushing, caught-in, and struck-by hazards while performing maintenance on a Genisys Rite-Hite Mechanical Dock Leveler. The employer failed to establish and implement written, machine-specific energy control procedures to ensure the isolation and control of hazardous energy during servicing and maintenance.
