29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1:  a) 309 Ramp south bound Coopersburg, PA 18036- On or about September 26, 2025, employees were utilizing a jackhammer and concrete saw while performing masonry work to a concrete road and the employer did not implement engineering controls and respiratory protection as specified for the task on Table 1. Employees utilized a Hilti dsh 700-x concrete saw and jackhammer without the required engineering and work practice methods in place for dust control.
