29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area. a) Worksite: 2044 Montauk Highway, Bridgehampton, NY 11932- Employees were removing a section of HVAC duct work from approximately 16ft above the ground while working from a scissor lift. There was no barricade set up around the scaffold an employee working on the ground was struck by the falling material; on or about 9/19/2025. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
