OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards: a. 5410 Tonnelle Avenue, North Bergen, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees operating powered industrial trucks used in the movement of materials used operator restraint devices . An employee operated a Toyota Forklift without using the seatbelt which was intended to assist the operator in reducing the risk of entrapment of the operator's head and/or torso between the truck and ground in the event of a tip over.. Violation observed on 09-25-2025
