At the worksite, located at 30603 McJunkin Rd Dade City, FL 33525; On or about 9/25/25, the employer lacked an emergency response plan prior to commencement of the work to ensure that workers that required immediate attention received prompt and appropriate medical treatment. The employer failed to make provisions prior to the commencement of a framing project exposing employees to fall hazards.
