29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a) North end of building; On or about September 25, 2025, a means of fall protection was not used during truss setting and bracing activities, while two workers stood on wall top plates and a third worker stood on the bottom chord of roof trusses at heights of greater than 8-feet above the concrete slab.
