29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) On or about September 19, 2025, at 304 Maddock Way, Palm Beach, FL 33480, employees were exposed to chemical hazards during the application of construction sealants including, but not limited to Bostik PRO-MS 50 sealant; in that, the employer did not develop; implement, and maintain a written Hazard Communication Program describing how the requirements for labeling, safety data sheets (SDSs), and training would be met thereby exposing employees to eye and skin irritation.
