29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. a) Worksite: On or about September 30, 2025, the employer did not ensure that hazardous chemicals transferred to secondary containers were labeled with the product identifier and appropriate hazard warnings. Employees were observed using unlabeled secondary containers containing hazardous solutions creating the potential for chemical exposure without proper hazard identification.
