An exit route was obstructed by a ladder and a box full of shoes. The path measured approximately 15 inches. (b) Worksite - Backroom: On or about 9/30/2025, employees were exposed to potential injuries from fire and other emergencies while working in the back room where egress path widths were less than 28 inches. An exit route was obstructed by multiple shoe boxes, a ladder, and products stored on the floor. The path measured approximately 11 inches.
