29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: 141 Weston Street: Loading Docks 41-49. Clearance was reduced to approximately two feet between Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) and obstructions in areas which required the PITs to make a series of 90- and 180-degree turns.
