29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On the roof of a church, located at 5201 Montgomery Street, Savannah, GA, on or about October 2, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees who were working on multiple rooves, with pitches ranging from 6:12 to 10:12, and at heights above 25 feet, were not wearing appropriate fall protection while performing roofing work.
