At 6540 Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, St Louis, MO, 63133, On October 3, 2025 employees were exposed to crushing hazards during the dumpster loading process.  An employee stood between an open top dumpster and a semi-trailer while an equipment operator attempted to hoist the dumpster onto a HINO 338 tilt frame medium duty truck.  The employee suffered fatal injuries when the dumpster pinned and crushed him against the semi-trailer.
