OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to fire and explosion hazards: a) On or about 10/08/2025, at Apogee West Clubhouse at 3535 SW Kanner Highway, Stuart, Florida, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards when lighting the pilot light on a commercial kitchen range fueled by liquified propane gas (LPG).
