29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact were at least 10 feet apart: a) On or about October 13, 2025, in the front yard of the residential building located at 253 N Barfield Dr, Marco Island, Florida, 34145, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while removing palm seeds that were within 10 feet of a 14.4-kV overhead power lines. b) On or about October 13, 2025, in the front yard of the residential building located at 253 N Barfield Dr, Marco Island, Florida, 34145, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while moving an aluminum ladder that was leaned against a palm tree that was within 10 feet of a 14.4-kV overhead power lines.
