29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, and rotating parts: a) On or about September 26, 2025, at the jobsite located at 5480 West Hillsboro Boulevard COCONUT CREEK, FL 33073, employees were exposed to an amputation hazard while adjusting the dough size for an automatic dough sheeter that lacked a guard for its rollers.
