29 CFR 1910.266(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not assure that each machine, including any machine provided by an employee, was inspected before initial use during each work shift and defects or damage was not repaired, or the unserviceable machine was not replaced before work commenced: Hoopa logging worksite off Long Ridge Road: On October 9th, 2025 and at times prior the employer did not ensure the defects/damage of Doosan window was repaired, or the equipment was not deemed unserviceable and was not replaced before work commenced. This condition caused an employee to be caught between the window frame and massive hydraulic boom.
