OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of falling, and being struck-by and/or caught between trusses associated with falling or collapsing wood trusses.  On or about October 16, 2025, employees working to install wood trusses were exposed to fall, struck-by, and caught-between hazards on a commercial construction site in Portage, Wisconsin. The employees were setting trusses, and the employer did not ensure adequate truss bracing was installed on the wood framed building.
