OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about October 16, 2025, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while walking through the yard, working on trucks and trailers on the side of the shop and within the bays of the shop. Semi-trailer trucks and other vehicles were moving throughout the restrictive area with limited visibility and blind spots.
