29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about October 20, 2025, the employer did not ensure that machine specific procedures for the control of hazardous energies on the FT02 Tote Outfeed were utilized prior to service and maintenance on the equipment taking place. An employee was exposed to moving machine components when reaching into the equipment to service a sprocket and shaft mechanism.
