OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from the hazard of struck-by while inspecting utility poles on tram cars a) On or about October 13, 2025, and at times prior, at the Stella?Jones Corporation facility in Pineville, LA, employees inspecting utility poles on in?plant rail tram systems were exposed to struck?by and caught?between hazards created by the movement of loaded tram cars.
