29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the coater area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: A)166 National Rd Edison, NJ 08817 Coater machine The roller assembly on the coater machine is inadequately guarded due to the trip wire being positioned in a location that does not provide effective employee protection. This improper placement fails to prevent employee exposure to the in-running nip points of the rollers, creating a caught-in/between hazard. Hazard noted on or about 10/23/25
