1926.20(b)(2) The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about October 24, 2025, employees installing trusses were exposed to struck-by, and crushing hazards when a competent person was not conducting frequent and regular inspections to ensure bracing was adequately installed on the wood framed building.
