OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to slip, struck-by, and caught-between hazards associated with operating riding-on lawnmower equipment on a slope:  On October 22, 2025, at a worksite located at W5613 Wehmeyer Street in Plymouth, Wisconsin; an employee riding and operating a Scag V-Ride XL stand-on zero-turn riding lawnmower was exposed to tipping hazards and caught-between hazards while mowing on wet grass with an approximate 21 to 24 degree slope..
