29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7)(ii): The employer did not ensure that ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic are guarded by a temporary barricade, such as a row of traffic cones or caution tape, to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder:  On or about October 20, 2025, an employee working in the Print, Mail, and Distribution Center was exposed to a fall hazard while working from an A-Frame Stepladder placed in the doorway of the Composing Area and the PMD Vestibule and the employer did not ensure the ladder was guarded to keep activities or traffic away from the ladder.
