29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  On or about October 30, 2025, and January 5, 2026, employees were exposed to potential injuries from fire and other emergencies because:  a. roofing material was stored on the landing platform of the second story emergency exit route which prevented access to the fixed ladder.  b. the landing platform of the second story emergency exit route required removal of a floor grate which limited access to the fixed ladder. c. the roof of the outside break area prevented egress from the exterior caged fixed ladder.
