29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. On or about October 30, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards above 6 feet to the ground below while performing roofing activities on a commercial roof and the employer had not ensured a suitable fall protection system was used.
