29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): The employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces are corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: a) On or about October 23, 2025, in the warehouse by the Flex Area, damage to handrails and concrete were not repaired prior to continued pedestrian use. b) On or about October 23, 2025, in the warehouse by the Flex Area, damage to yellow metal guarding in designated walkways was not repaired prior to pedestrian use. c)On or about October 23, 2025, in the warehouse by SARSC, damage to yellow metal guarding in designated safety walkways was not repaired prior to pedestrian use.
