29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: (General Industry Reference: 1910.27) On or about October 31, 2025, at the workplace located at 2044 Scanlan Avenue Salina, Kansas, employees utilizing a Genie GS-2632 scissor lift to perform work on Airbus A350-900 aircraft were exposed to fall hazards. Employee was positioned on the midrail while performing work activities when he fell resulting in fatal injuries.
