(a). A workplace shooting occurred near the front office area resulting in a fatality. The employer was made aware of all information necessary to record this injury on or about November 8, 2025. (b). A workplace shooting occurred near the greenhouse area resulting in a fatality. The employer was made aware of all information necessary to record this injury on or about November 8, 2025. (c).
