OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were exposed to crush by hazards:    (a) On November 5, 2025, at or near 807 First Avenue NE in Belfield, North Dakota, an employee was exposed to crush by hazards from a cattle guard leaning against a crushing machine, while installing rubber belting material.   Abatement Note: Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard include but are not limited to follow the company's established Hazard Assessment and Job Safety Analysis policies and procedures which require that all routine and non-routine work be reviewed for hazards and methods are implemented to eliminate or protect against identified hazards such as blocking, bracing, securing or otherwise rendering safe to prevent exposure to crush by hazards.
