OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees A) Christmas Designers Holiday Decorating, Inc. - Intersection of West North Ave. & Route 28, Westfield NJ 07090 - An employee was installing Christmas lights on lamp poles from a bucket truck parked on the road with the bucket extended above the traffic lane , without effective temporary traffic controls or equivalent measures. The employee was exposed to struck-by hazards due to the hazard of oncoming traffic making contact with the bucket; the bucket was struck by a truck. Occurred on November 07, 2025
