Gerber Collision, 2 Rail Road Street, Victor, NY 14564, on or about October 9, 2025; At approximately 1:50pm an employee collapsed at work and was subsequently hospitalized for a heart attack. OSHA was notified of the hospitalization on October 15, 2025 at approximately 12:57pm.
