29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): Employee(s) were not kept clear of load(s) suspended, or about to be lifted by sling(s). Concrete Pad, Rear of Building - On October 12, 2025, an employee was not kept clear of a wood fired burner suspended by a chain and logging truck. The chain came loose and the boiler struck the employee, resulting in his death.
