Lot 11 Crestview, FL. 32536, on or about November 13, 2025; employees engaged in framing activities were not protected from falls over 6 feet. Shoreline FL Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1823125, citation number 1, item number 1, group letter a, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 188 Anastasia Cir. Vernon, Florida.
