29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) 1501 West Blanke Linden, NJ 07036 Ground chicken mixer Instance A: The employer did not ensure that the ground chicken mixer was adequately guarded to protect employees from moving parts. The mixer is equipped with a hood that, when opened, allows the machine to continue its cycle, exposing employees to amputation hazards. Instance B : The employer did not ensure that the ground chicken mixer had a guard in the product discharge area to protect employee from amputation hazards Hazard occurred on or about on 11/12/2025.
