On or about October 11, 2025, at the packaging department: employees were exposed to amputation hazards while unjamming boxes from a side opening of a A.C Horn & Co. Box Drop Chute machine. Frito-Lay Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1691753, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 02, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2800 Silver Star Rd Orlando, Florida 32808.
