Netshape Technologies DBA MPP Holdings LLC on or about 9/11/25 and times prior thereto: The guarding configuration on Gasbarre 40 ton Sizing press did not protect the employee from danger zones when the press was running on continuous and inch mode.  An employee sustained an amputation to the left index finger when their finger got between the upper punch and die.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
