29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At 5202 Barnett Road, Lot 6T Pace Commons, Pace, Florida:  On November 19, 2025; Employees operated pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities.  The Francisco Maya dba Francisco Maya was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1826067, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 6348 Buckthorn Circle, Lot 6F Stonechase, Pace, Florida.

The Francisco Maya dba Francisco Maya was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1826067, citation number 1, item number 3, group a and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 6348 Buckthorn Circle, Lot 6F Stonechase, Pace, Florida.
