(a) On a commercial building located at 2330 County Road 528, Sumterville, Florida, on or about October 2, 2025: the employer exposed employees to an approximately 17?foot fall hazard in that fall protection was not utilized while employees performed truss installation activities.

29 CFR 1926.502(e)(2): Positioning devices were not secured to an anchorage capable of supporting at least twice the potential impact load of an employee's fall or 3,000 pounds (13.3 kN), whichever was greater: (a) On a commercial building located at 2330 County Road 528, Sumterville, Florida, on or about October 2, 2025: the employer failed to ensure employees involved in truss installation utilize an anchorage as part of their personal fall arrest system, in that, the lanyard was tied around trusses on the roof for positioning, thereby exposed to fall hazards of up to 17' fall hazard.
