29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Gate 6 take dirt road South to rail yard of HF Sinclair Refinery plant - Employees engaged in transload Powermax chemical (weed killer) from the rail cart to a tanker tractor trailer activities by the RT3 Rack were exposed to corrosive hazards in that the eye wash and shower stations were not functional since July 18, 2025 to November 7, 2025.
