29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation: a- By Building A, 300C Princeton Hightstown Road, East Windsor NJ: A company worker was exposed to struck by hazards when using a Stihl TS 410 Cutquick gasoline powered cut off saw, without eye or face protection, while cutting HTPE pipe, and performing other related activities at the worksite. Condition observed on or about 11/18/25.
