29 CFR  1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):   a.) Windward Outdoor, LLC, 286 Meter St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767, Forge Shop, on or about 11/19/2025, and times prior thereto: Employees are exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards at the  Pines Engineering Company Inc. left-handed Pines Bender (serial #106-11A-54-2188) labeled C1-1. The 220V electrical cabinet was not fully closed on the left-handed Pines Bender (serial #106-11A-54-2188) labeled C1-1.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED

Windward Outdoor, LLC, 286 Meter St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767, Forge Shop, on or about 11/19/2025, and times prior thereto: Safety instruction sign(s) were not used to communicate potential operating hazards associated with the Pines Engineering Company Inc. left-handed Pines Bender (serial #106-11A-54-2188) labeled C1-1.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Windward Outdoor, LLC, 286 Meter St., Punxsutawney, PA 15767, Forge Shop, on or about 11/19/2025, and times prior thereto: The safety labels on the Pines Engineering Company Inc. left-handed Pines Bender (serial #106-11A-54-2188) labeled C1-1 was not identifiable/legible due to wear and/or dirt/debris. The lockout tagout label on the electrical box at the C1-1 Pines Bender was missing the bottom part of the label.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
