29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) On or about 11/17/2025 in the production floor of facility located at 225 East Park Drive in Tonawanda, NY; materials and equipment on pallets were stored in front of a 240 volt electrical panel, used to power the facility and other equipment, blocking its access in case of an emergency. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
