Employees were exposed to overhead struck-by hazards from falling objects.

Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Attyx, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1747621, citation number 001, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 265 Bay 8th St. Brooklyn, NY 11228.
