29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a- Building M, 350 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown NJ:  A worker was exposed to head injuries from impact and falling objects when they were not protected by protective helmets or hard hats when while standing and working beneath hoisting operations. Condition observed on or about 11/17/25.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a- Building M - 350 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown NJ:  A worker, not utilizing fall protection, was exposed to falls when accepting roofing materials, and performing other related activities, while at and near the unprotected edge of a commercial structure's second floor flat roof.  Condition observed on or about 11/17/25.
