29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): Surfaces. All surfaces shall be maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead. Location: Lead wave soldier machine On or about 11/20/2025, the employer did not ensure all surfaces were as free as practicable from lead accumulation. 396 micrograms of Lead was detected on the keyboard of the wave soldier which the operator was observed using without gloves. The lead level on the floor behind the wave soldier was 1,480 micrograms where employees are using the down-draft table during the dross process.
